By logging in or using the app, the user agrees to follow these terms. If they do not agree, they should not use the app.
Login credentials are confidential and should not be shared. The user is responsible for all actions under their account. The admin/super admin can suspend or revoke access if misuse is found.
Sales, stock, and customer data entered will be stored securely. The app will not misuse or sell user data. If cloud/Firebase is used: state that data will be synced and stored online.
All invoices/bills generated through the app are the responsibility of the business owner/admin. The app provider is not responsible for pricing errors, tax compliance, or incorrect billing.
Stock management depends on correct entries by the user. The app is not liable for mismatches due to manual errors.
In offline mode, data is saved locally. Sync will update when internet is available. The user is responsible to ensure proper device sync.
The app is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service. The provider is not responsible for: Device crashes, Data loss due to user error or internet failure, and Incorrect reports due to wrong entries.
Users must enter accurate data for sales and stock. Must comply with local tax laws (GST, VAT, etc.). Not allowed to use the app for illegal activities.
Admin or super admin can deactivate a user at any time. If subscription (if any) is not renewed, access may be limited.
The provider can update features, terms, and policies anytime. Continued use means the user accepts the updated terms.
